A parking garage waterproof membrane replacement project that required a complete site renovation in order to accommodate the removal of 80% of the existing exterior elements.  Scope included upgrades to the site lighting, pool, pool deck, outdoor amenity terrace, site drainage, site security, and pedestrian and vehicular circulation.  The project was crowned with the planting of large caliper trees including a 250mm diameter Silver Maple to replenish the lost urban canopy.
